There is a song by Casting Crowns that I love this year and I feel that it sums up Easter very well.

We are really trying to get the girls to understand the true meaning of the day and it was so sweet to hear Emma explain to me this year that her drawing from Sunday showed an empty tomb and that Jesus is alive and he lives in your heart! Amen Emma.
After church we had a busy day with family and celebrated Papi’s 60th birthday.
